We’ll run targeted email blasts; both to buyers with criteria that should fit your property’s qualifications AND to nearby property owners
We reach out to brokers internally at Lyon Stahl AND outside of our brokerage to ensure we get the most eyeballs possible on your property
For select properties we’ll use targeted paid advertising to bring even more prospective buyers to your deal

Prior to closing we’ll meet again to lock in your exchange plan
I’ll set up meetings with a trusted QI partner and if your exchange plan involves securities or NNN deals I’ll link you with a securities advisor or national NNN deal specialist respectively.
If you plan on exchanging back into a multifamily asset here in California I’ll build a buyer profile for you and get you into our Deal Match-Maker. Outside of California, I’ll get you in touch with a trusted brokerage partner in whatever location you’re interested in.
