Step 2: Locating The Right Property

We have an extensive database of every property on the market across multiple listing platforms both residential and commercial as well as an in-house database of off-market deals that my team or team’s inside of our brokerage have access to.

Step 3: The McCann Multifamily Match-Maker

Our match-maker is simple. It takes your buying criteria, builds a buyer profile specific to you, then takes all of the active and off-market listings that we have access to, feeds the information into our proprietary system which will match your criteria with properties fit for you. These properties will be automatically sent out to your email whenever a property lines up.

Writing an attractive offer doesn't just include the price, but the terms as well. With our experience on both sides of the transaction we know how to navigate this process to submit the best offer on a property.

Step 6: Open Escrow & Perform Due Diligence

Great! Your offer has been accepted by the seller. Before we are done, let’s make sure everything checks out with the property by performing our due diligence, obtaining a loan, and getting an appraisal.
