Devan Welsh
Devan is a Spanish Peruvian Irish Italian originally from Baltimore, MD, who moved to sunny Southern California in 2015 for USC’s music school. Drawn by LA’s creative energy, he’s stayed ever since graduating, finding it the perfect place to combine his artistic tendencies with a lifelong fascination with technology. That fascination began early, whether through the jolt of a miswired outlet, the hum of a reborn synthesizer, or the blueprint of a home network he helped design as his family built their house.
As part of our IT team, Devan collaborates with Nick to keep our technology running smoothly and to develop thoughtful improvements that make agents’ workflows easier and more efficient. You can typically find him in the El Segundo office on Mondays and Wednesdays, and in the West LA office on Fridays. If he’s not there, just give him a call; he’s happy to help.
Outside of work, Devan is one-third of the electro-pop band Moontower, spending time in the studio or touring the country playing venues for their small-but-mighty fan base. He also produces pop music for other artists and friends. When he’s not writing music or solving tech problems, Devan enjoys swimming laps to balance out the screen time.
